Why am I charged shipping on a voucher order?

Free shipping applies to orders from €75, calculated on the amount payable at checkout — after vouchers, gift cards and discounts have been deducted.

That means that if your voucher covers (most of) your order, the remaining amount can fall below €75 and shipping costs apply to cover the actual shipment of your print.

Think shipping was charged incorrectly? For example because your voucher deal included free shipping, or the amount doesn't match what you expected — contact us with your order number and voucher code before or right after ordering. We'll check it and refund the shipping costs if they shouldn't have been charged.
