Do vouchers and gift cards expire?

Gift cards do not lose their value — any balance stays available for future orders.

Product vouchers and prepaid packs (for example print or tile packs bought in a deal): you can take your time choosing and uploading your photos. Production simply starts once you've submitted them.

Promotional discount codes from campaigns are the exception: these are valid for a limited time, as stated in the promotion.

Found an old voucher or prepaid purchase and not sure if it's still valid? Contact us with the code or your original order details — we'll look it up and make sure you get what you paid for.
