Q: Where do I upload my photo?

For most products you choose your photo during the order process. If you ordered without a photo (for example a voucher, deal or gift product), you upload it afterwards: <ol> <li>After ordering you receive an email with your personal upload link. It usually arrives within a few minutes of your order confirmation.</li> <li>Click the link, upload your photo and confirm.</li> </ol> Can't find the upload email? <ul> <li>Check your spam/junk folder and (in Gmail) the Promotions tab.</li> <li>Search your inbox for "Xpozer".</li> </ul> Still stuck? You can always send us your photo directly through our upload form, or contact us with your order number — we'll link your photo to your order manually. Q: What is a SwapPrint (formerly SwapKit)?

A SwapPrint (previously called a SwapKit) is a new photo print for an Xpozer frame you already own. Because the Xpozer frame is reusable, you only pay for the print — not for a new frame. How it works: <ol> <li>Order a SwapPrint in the same size as your current frame.</li> <li>Upload your new photo.</li> <li>When it arrives, swap the prints in about 30 seconds — no tools needed.</li> </ol> Your previous print can be rolled up and stored flat, so you can rotate your favorite photos through the seasons. Not sure which size frame you have? Measure the print (width × height in cm) or contact us with your original order number and we'll look it up.

Q: How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Good to know about tracking: <ul> <li>The first carrier scan can take 1–2 working days after you receive the shipping email. Until then the tracking page may show no movement — your package is on its way to the carrier.</li> <li>International shipments can show gaps of a few days between scans, especially around customs.</li> </ul> No shipping email yet? Your order is probably still in production — see How long does delivery take? for current production times. Tracking hasn't moved for more than 3 working days, or shows "delivered" but you have nothing? Contact us with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if a package is lost, arrange a solution — you'll never be left without your print.

Question 3

Can I order now and upload my photo later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you ordered a product or voucher without choosing a photo, your order simply waits until you upload one. Production starts after we receive your photo.

To upload later:

Find the upload email you received after ordering (search your inbox for "Xpozer").
Click your personal upload link and add your photo.

Your purchase doesn't disappear if you wait — take the time to pick the right photo. Lost the upload email, or has a lot of time passed since your order? Contact us with your order number and we'll send you a fresh upload link.

What is a SwapPrint (formerly SwapKit)?

A SwapPrint (previously called a SwapKit) is a new photo print for an Xpozer frame you already own. Because the Xpozer frame is reusable, you only pay for the print — not for a new frame.

Question 5

How do I swap the print in my Xpozer frame?

Accepted Answer

Swapping prints is what Xpozer is made for — it takes about 30 seconds:

Take the frame off the wall and lay it face-down.
Release the tension springs and unclip the frame from the corner mounts of the current print.
Click the frame onto the corner mounts of your new print (every SwapPrint comes with its own corner mounts).
Re-tension the springs and hang it back up.

Store the print you removed rolled up or flat, away from direct sunlight and heat — so you can rotate your favorites whenever you like.

Order a new photo for your existing frame as a SwapPrint in the same size as your frame.

How do I track my order?
