My discount code isn't working

If your discount code is refused at checkout, check the following:

• One code per order — discount codes, vouchers and gift cards can't be combined in a single order.
• Validity period — promotional codes are valid for a limited time.
• Product scope — some codes only apply to specific products or sizes.
• Typos — copy-paste the code instead of retyping it; watch for extra spaces.

Is the code still refused even though it should work? Don't keep retrying the checkout. Contact us with the code and the products you want to order — we'll check what's wrong and make sure you get the discount you're entitled to, if needed via a manual order.
