Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every print is custom made, changes and cancellations are only possible before your order goes into production. Production usually starts shortly after you order, so time matters.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you'd like — a different size, orientation, photo or delivery address, or a cancellation.

• Order not yet in production → we can almost always adjust or cancel it.
• Order already in production → changes are unfortunately no longer possible, since your print is already being made.
