What are the photo requirements?
File types: JPG, JPEG or PNG
Color space: sRGB
Resolution: at least 80 ppi at print size — more is always better.
As a guideline:
Product / size | Minimum pixels |
|---|---|
EPIX 24 × 24 cm | 750 × 750 px |
Xpozer 40 × 60 cm | 1,260 × 1,890 px |
Xpozer 120 × 180 cm | 3,780 × 5,669 px |
Tips:
- Always upload the original photo, not a copy sent through WhatsApp or social media (those are compressed).
- Phone photos are usually fine for small and medium sizes.
Free photo check: we check the sharpness of every photo before printing. If we expect a quality issue at your chosen size, we'll contact you before your order goes into production — so you never pay for a blurry print.
