# Where do I upload my photo?

For most products you choose your photo **during** the order process. If you ordered without a photo (for example a voucher, deal or gift product), you upload it afterwards:

1. After ordering you receive an email with your personal **upload link**. It usually arrives within a few minutes of your order confirmation.
2. Click the link, upload your photo and confirm.

**Can't find the upload email?**

- Check your spam/junk folder and (in Gmail) the Promotions tab.
- Search your inbox for "Xpozer".

**Still stuck?** You can always send us your photo directly through our upload form, or contact us with your order number — we'll link your photo to your order manually. Please send photos in original (full) resolution.
