# Why am I charged shipping on a voucher order?

Free shipping applies to orders from **€75**, calculated on the amount payable at checkout — after vouchers, gift cards and discounts have been deducted.

That means that if your voucher covers (most of) your order, the remaining amount can fall below €75 and shipping costs apply to cover the actual shipment of your print.

**Think shipping was charged incorrectly?** For example because your voucher deal included free shipping, or the amount doesn't match what you expected — contact us with your order number and voucher code before or right after ordering. We'll check it and refund the shipping costs if they shouldn't have been charged.
