# How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive a **shipping confirmation email with a tracking link**.

**Good to know about tracking:**

- The first carrier scan can take **1–2 working days** after you receive the shipping email. Until then the tracking page may show no movement — your package is on its way to the carrier.
- International shipments can show gaps of a few days between scans, especially around customs.

**No shipping email yet?** Your order is probably still in production — see *How long does delivery take?* for current production times.

**Tracking hasn't moved for more than 3 working days**, or shows "delivered" but you have nothing? Contact us with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if a package is lost, arrange a solution — you'll never be left without your print.
