# Satisfaction guarantee & returns

**100% satisfaction guarantee.** If something isn't right with your order — print quality, damage, missing parts or anything else — contact us and we'll solve it together. In practice that means a free replacement, repair parts, a reprint or another fitting solution.

**Returns:**

- **Custom-printed products** (prints and tiles with your photo) are made specifically for you and can't be returned or exchanged. That's exactly why we check every photo for free before printing and back every order with our satisfaction guarantee.
- **Non-personalized products** (for example gift cards or accessories without a photo) can be returned within **14 days** of delivery. Return shipping is at your own cost; there are no restocking fees.

**Not happy with how your print turned out?** Contact us with your order number and photos of the result — we'll look at it seriously and make it right.
