# How do I redeem a voucher or gift card?

**Voucher for a specific product** (for example a print or tile deal): follow the link in your voucher email, choose your product and photo, and enter your voucher code at checkout. The value of the voucher is deducted from your order.

**Gift card:** enter the gift card code in the discount/gift card field at checkout. Any remaining balance stays on the card for a next order.

**Good to know:**

- Only **one code per order** can be used — vouchers, gift cards and discount codes can't be combined.
- A multi-print or multi-tile voucher is valid for **all** items in the pack (see: uploading photos for multiple tiles).

**Code refused, link broken, or asked to pay more than expected?** Don't keep retrying checkout — contact us with your code and order details. We'll sort it out, if needed with a manual order at the correct price.
