# I didn't receive an order confirmation

You should receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes of ordering. If it hasn't arrived:

1. **Check your spam/junk folder** and, if you use Gmail, the Promotions tab.
2. **Check the email address** — a small typo during checkout is the most common cause.
3. **Check your payment** — if the payment didn't complete, no order was created.

Still nothing? Contact us with your name and (approximate) order date. We'll look up your order, correct the email address if needed, and resend the confirmation — including your photo upload link.
