# My discount code isn't working

If your discount code is refused at checkout, check the following:

- **One code per order** — discount codes, vouchers and gift cards can't be combined in a single order.
- **Validity period** — promotional codes are valid for a limited time.
- **Product scope** — some codes only apply to specific products or sizes.
- **Typos** — copy-paste the code instead of retyping it; watch for extra spaces.

**Is the code still refused even though it should work?** Don't keep retrying the checkout. Contact us with the code and the products you want to order — we'll check what's wrong and make sure you get the discount you're entitled to, if needed via a manual order.
