# My order arrived damaged or incomplete

That's not how it should arrive — we'll fix it. To help us resolve it in **one go**:

1. **Keep all packaging materials** (box, protective paper, inserts).
2. Take photos of:
   - the damage or the problem (for a print: the full front, plus a close-up),
   - the packaging, if it's damaged too,
   - for missing parts: the contents you did receive.
3. Contact us with your **order number** and the photos.

**Missing a part?** (wall mount, corner mounts, frame profile, tension spring, EPIX mounts or magnets) — tell us which part and your print size. We'll ship the missing part to you with priority, free of charge.

**Damaged print?** Depending on the situation we'll send a free reprint or offer an alternative solution. You never need to return the damaged item first.
