# A corner mount or part has come loose

On older prints, a corner mount can come loose over time — warm rooms and direct sunlight speed this up.

**Please don't repair it with your own glue or tape.** Household adhesives can damage the print material and make a proper repair impossible.

**Instead, contact us with:**

- the size(s) of the affected print(s),
- a **photo of the back of the print**, so we can see which generation of corner mounts you have,
- roughly when you bought it, if you remember.

We'll send you matching **replacement corner mounts free of charge**, with simple instructions to fit them.

**Prevention tip:** avoid hanging prints directly above radiators or in intense direct sun.
