# Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every print is custom made, changes and cancellations are only possible **before your order goes into production**. Production usually starts shortly after you order, so time matters.

**Contact us as soon as possible** with your order number and the change you'd like — a different size, orientation, photo or delivery address, or a cancellation.

- Order **not yet in production** → we can almost always adjust or cancel it.
- Order **already in production** → changes are unfortunately no longer possible, since your print is already being made.
